I did not get a chance for walks.

Weight left to lose:  57 lbs
Start weight: 14 st 8.5 lbs (92.7 kg)
Target Weight: 10 stones (63.5 kg)

  1. Well done FT that is a decent loss. I did well too, lost 1kg on the week. I am down to 110.3 and started at 116.2 so just a packet of sweeties away from a 6kg loss in total which i believe is 13lb in old money. I am very pleased. I think the secret is to ensure I do 10k steps per day and everything else just follows on. As you say next week will be interesting but i am just going to try and take the 25th off the new regime and stick to it the rest of the time. Hopefully Creepy Pete will be along in a minute to tell us exactly where we are going wrong!

    1. Hello Mumpin, you have done well. Nearly a stone loss is excellent!

      I will try and make sure, I retain the loss. I will be happy with no loss / no gain next week. Really do not want a gain. Though it is very likely to happen.

      I will start the walks from tomorrow. Like you, I will do 10k steps a day.
