Thankfully, I am still on a loss trend. Though the losses are getting smaller. As long as I am losing weight I am happy.
I felt hungry most of the time and I wanted to eat all the time. I did give in to my hunger urges at times.
I found the week was difficult. I did not walk to the office. I cycled. I need mix cycling and walking.
I want to get rid of the weight. It is holding me back on many things I would like to do. I have no doubt, getting to a healthy weight will also boost my confidence.
It is so slow going! I know it is down to me. It has taken time for my weight to gradually get to a health risk level, it will take time to get for it get to a level that is considered healthy.
A key employee leaving has not helped.
