Weekly Weigh-in: 5 December 2015

My Month

Thankfully, I am still on a loss trend. Though the losses are getting smaller. As long as I am losing weight I am happy.

I felt hungry most of the time and I wanted to eat all the time. I did give in to my hunger urges at times.

I found the week was difficult. I did not walk to the office. I cycled. I need mix cycling and walking.

I want to get rid of the weight. It is holding me back on many things I would like to do. I have no doubt, getting to a healthy weight will also boost my confidence.

It is so slow going! I know it is down to me. It has taken time for my weight to gradually get to a health risk level, it will take time to get for it get to a level that is considered healthy.

A key employee leaving has not helped.

Here is this week’s data:

This week’s result: Lost 0.9 lbs
Total Weight loss to date: 8.6 lbs
This week’s Weight: 14 stones 0.0 lbs

  1. 111.5kg which is 100g less than last week. One fifth of a pound. A small piece of brie! Only positive is it doesnt buck the downward trend. Weather and work have not been good. I only did my 10k steps 5 days out of 7. I really think thats the key – just focus on doing 10k steps per day and the rest will fall into place. Hang in there FT! Lets focus on the week ahead and make small changes that will have a big accumulated effect when taken in aggregate. Stay positive!

    1. Great Mumpin, like me you are also on a downward trend. For both of us it is so slow going but at least we are losing some weight.

Agreed, let’s not be so demotivated. Also, the time of the year with Jan deadlines and the weather does put a downer on things.

Let’s work for an improved result for both of us next week.

I just saw the ads on this blog. They look terrible. When I get a chance, I will pay to get rid of them.
