A small weight loss but nevertheless a loss. As long as I am losing each week, I am happy.
As regards to my physical activity, walking to the office, got too much. This week, it was a combination of driving, cycling and walking.
I will continue to cycle to the office. Walking will be a weekend activity.
There was an evening when I went back to my old way on my eating pattern. This, as you know, meant eating a lot.
I tried just having Exante food packs only. In other words, have Exante packs in the evenings as well. I do not think it would work for me. I need my evenings away from food packs but at the same time, I need to make sure my eating pattern is controlled.
Last Saturday, after my weigh in, I moved away from food packs. I said to myself, I will catch up over the week. I will not do this again. EACH DAY matters.

112.4 so I ;ost 1.7kg. My diet has been rubbish so its all down to the walking. I hear what you are saying regarding eating in the evenings FT. Are you a veggie? The Fitbit thing on my phone is a real motivator. I try and do 4k at lunchtime and 6k in the evening. My frind who does 12k steps per day has lost 4 stones!
Hello Mumpin, thank for sharing. Well done for losing 1.7kg!
I am a veggie, most of the time. It is rare for me to eat meat.
Peter Saxton has a point about walking!
Based on your loss, I am back to walking to and from the office!
